Tow Tractors
Tow Tractors by Deltic and EINSA
In partnership with EINSA, Deltic offers a range of tow tractors with draw-bar pull capacities from 5,000 lbs (2,270 kg) to over 20,000 lbs (9,100 kg). Compact and durable, these tractors are purpose-built for towing, pushing, and positioning ancillary units and aircraft at airbases and airports.

Cargo Loaders
Self-Propelled Pallet Loaders – PEA-3D and 3E
Models PEA-3D and 3E are engineered for air transport on the ramps of CN-235 and C-295 aircraft, without occupying valuable cargo space in the hold. Their primary role is to transport, load, and unload military pallets (108” x 88”) weighing up to 3,000 kg to aircraft with doorsill heights of up to 1,450 mm.
These loaders feature diesel-hydraulic or electro-hydraulic power systems for raising, lowering, and movement, all of which can be controlled remotely via cable or RF. Designed for maximum efficiency, the loaders drive up ramps under their own power, benefiting from high-torque hydraulic motors and an advanced anti-skid system.
Deltic supplies a versatile range of diesel and electric self-propelled and towable cargo loaders with payload capacities of up to 30,000 lbs.
Rapid Deployment Loader – MC/TET-30
The MC/TET-30 is designed for use with all major military transport aircraft handling 108″ wide pallets, including the Hercules C-130, Transall C-160, Hercules C-141, Hercules L-400, C-17 Globemaster, Aeritalia G-222, CASA-212, CASA CN-325, and others. It is also compatible with lower-deck loading for all civil aircraft.
A unique feature allows the driver’s post to shift automatically onto the load platform at the flick of a switch, providing a total width of 2,600 mm for air transport. Combined with its adjustable ground clearance, the MC/TET-30 can easily drive on or off the ramp of any military aircraft with a 108″ hold width.
Ground Power Units (GPUs)
Deltic partners with EINSA to offer a comprehensive range of self-propelled and towable Ground Power Units (GPUs) designed to meet the demanding needs of both military and civil aviation.
Self-Propelled GPUs
These units supply electric power to all types of aircraft equipped with three-phase AC 400 Hz, 115/200 V systems, delivering up to 140 KVA. An optional DC kit is available to provide 12V, 24V, and 28.5V outputs with peak loads of up to 2,500A (peak).
GPU & Tow Tractor Combination
Deltic also supplies a compact Self-Propelled GPU and Tow Tractor. This dual-purpose vehicle provides DC power (12V, 24V, or 28.5V) to all types of aircraft and helicopters, while also functioning as a tow tractor. Its reduced dimensions and exceptionally small turning radius make it ideal for maneuvering in restricted areas around aircraft and helicopters.
Combined GPU & Air Start Units
The Self-Propelled Combined Electric/Air Start Unit delivers both pneumatic power and electric current in a single, versatile vehicle. Designed for military applications, it maximizes reliability, flexibility, and ease of operation. A single operator can simultaneously supply 90 KVA (400 Hz AC) of electric power and 204 ppm @ 56 psia of pneumatic power, ensuring efficient and safe aircraft servicing.

Self-Propelled Weapons Loaders
Deltic, in partnership with EINSA, supplies diesel and electric self-propelled External Weapons Loaders designed to transport, position, load, and unload a wide range of external stores up to 6,000 lbs on and off today’s military fighter aircraft.
CM-30 Electric Weapons Loader
The pedestrian-controlled CM-30 is engineered for safe operation even in potentially explosive environments, fully compliant with ATEX Directives. Purpose-built for both fighter aircraft and helicopters, it offers a load capacity of 3,000 lbs on the table and can be equipped with a wide variety of adaptors to meet diverse mission requirements.
