Ground Robotics
Ground Robots - UGVs
Uncrewed Ground Vehicles (UGVs) are remotely operated or autonomous robotic platforms designed to operate in environments too hazardous, inaccessible, or time-critical for personnel. Built with rugged chassis, advanced mobility systems, and modular payload options, they can traverse challenging terrain, carry specialized tools, and integrate sensors for surveillance, inspection, or threat assessment. Many UGVs feature real-time video transmission, manipulator arms for object handling, and interoperability with other security or emergency response systems, enabling rapid adaptation to diverse operational needs.
Deltic supplies and/or supports a number of UGVs (Uncrewed Ground Vehicles) from various partner companies. These UGVs are versatile and capable robots used for a variety of security tasks such as high risk remote search, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, and CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiation, Nuclear) detection operations.

Features & Options
All Ground Robotics products come with several features and options, too many to list. Please feel free to contact us to learn about equipment that meets your specifications.
Let’s talk about options.
NERVA LG
The NERVA LG UGV is a small but highly capable UGV in the 10kg class used for search, EOD and other tasks. Deltic provides support to a large fleet in Canada under a multi-year in-service support contract.
CAMELEON LG
The CAMELEON LG is a small lightweight 20kg class multipurpose UGV used for search, reconnaisance, EOD, mine clearance and CBRN tasks. The CAMELEON LG’s operating range is up to 500m by radio, or up to 1000m by fibre-optic cable in a RF denied environment. It can operate in a mesh network with other UGVs. Location coordinates can be displayed through an optional GPS antenna. Its size masks the capabilities of the CAMELEON LG: it can ascend and descend stairs, carry and fire a disruptor, and perform 2D mapping with an optional LIDAR system.
CAMELEON MK 3
The CAMELEON MK3 is a 50 kg-class Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) and the latest evolution of the proven CAMELEON MK1, which has served for many years in demining, counter-IED, and EOD missions.
With a payload capacity of 15 kg and an operating range of up to 400 m, the CAMELEON MK3 can be fitted with a variety of mission-specific modules for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), critical infrastructure protection, disaster site monitoring, mapping, and more.
Fortified with protected electromagnetic components in accordance with EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) specifications, the CAMELEON MK3 delivers high resilience on the battlefield—capable of withstanding Electronic Warfare (EW) attacks.
Designed for day and night operation, it performs effectively in urban, rural, and indoor environments such as airports, railway stations, tunnels, and underground facilities. Its rugged mobile base and modular design ensure reliable performance in extreme conditions—including heat, cold, rain, snow, and fog—and across diverse terrains such as sand, grass, tilled earth, mud, concrete, and asphalt.
ZEUS
ZEUS is a medium weight (60kg class), highly modular and robust robot. ZEUS is able to perform a wide range of remote tasks from Search, EOD, and CBRNe.
Its modular design allows the user to configure the robot in field and carry out swap-out maintenance tasks quickly and easily keeping robot availability to a maximum. ZEUS utilises a standard off the shelf battery in both the robot and control unit and typically can last up to 4 hours on mission. With its intuitive touch screen control unit training time is minimised
IGUANA
The IGUANA is a versatile UGV in the 80kg class.
It can climb obstacles over 50cm high and can carry payloads up to 40kg including one or two disruptors.
The IGUANA can be used in many different situations such as urban, rural and indoor environments (airports and aircraft interiors, railway stations and inside railcars, bus terminals and bus interiors, underground, tunnels, etc.), by day and by night. The mobile base and available mission modules have been designed to be highly robust allowing the IGUANA to be operated in harsh conditions such as high heat, severe cold, rain, snow, fog, and in all types of terrain such as earth, sand, grass, concrete, asphalt, mud, etc.
ALANO
ALANO is a large 1500kg remotely controlled or autonomous uncrewed vehicle designed to perform multiple tasks on the battlefield including logistical support, MEDEVAC, remote weapon platform, surveillance, and more.
ALANO can carry a payload up to 700kg at speeds up to 20kph. Endurance is up to 10 hours with operating ranges from 150m to 5000m depending on configuration and mode of operation.

Integrated Tactical Analysis
While our ground robotics systems provide the essential remote intervention capabilities required for high-threat environments, the mission continues beyond neutralisation. To support the full operational lifecycle, we recommend integrating ATTAC (Advanced Tactical Tools and Analysis Capabilities) into your EOD workflow.
As the industry standard for post-blast analysis and tactical diagramming, ATTAC allows teams to rapidly document incidents and map explosive scenes with forensic precision. By combining advanced robotics with technical analysis software, The Deltic Group ensures that your personnel are equipped for both frontline response and comprehensive investigative reporting.
