In-Service Support
Deltic delivers operational in-service support to keep government-owned equipment functioning in the field. Services include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, Tier 2 and Tier 3 repairs, OEM coordination for higher-level repairs, and full logistics management (shipping, customs, export permits where required), with equipment movements tracked through DRMIS for DND programs.
Military Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
Deltic provides Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to help ensure military equipment is supportable throughout its lifecycle. This includes Parts Provisioning Breakdowns (PPBs), codification and cataloguing support, and the development of bilingual technical publications aligned with Canadian Department of National Defence requirements—so fleets can be sustained reliably, not just delivered.
